Cramp is acute pain caused by muscles going into spasm. Often associated with prolonged sitting or standing, lying in an awkward position and pregnancy. Also good for cramp after exercise.
Copper ointment helps to restore this balance, applied to feet and legs at bedtime. Massage in an upward direction.
Weleda Copper Ointment - Directions for use
ADULTS: Apply thinly and massage well into the affected area once or twice a day, or as directed.
